  3. I often sing the following song to my cats, only I replace "robots" with "kitties":

    We're charging our battery
And now we're full of energy
    We are the robots
    We are the robots
    We are the robots
    We are the robots

    We're functioning automatic
    And we are dancing mechanic
    We are the robots
    We are the robots
    We are the robots
    We are the robots

  7. why do i get the impression that you found this in some libertarian group?

  8. Yes... he certainly looks about ready to attack someone.

Most likely the mad scientist who create him.

  9. Hehe, am I getting a little too understandable now? I'll work on that.

Yeah, a friend of mine (the one who got me on the path to becoming a libertarian) had posted that a couple of years ago to triangle.general.

  10. Now I'm curious as to which scene you are referring to...

  11. Is it the one where the desert people have to wear suits that recycle their waste into water?

  12. I assumed he was referring to a particular scene, since the fremen wear the desert suits throughout the movie if I recall. I remember the book more than the movie though.

  13. After they capture Thufir Hawat in the 1984 variant, they keep him down ina dungeon, and Feyd comes down one fine day to attend to him and check out that everything is well with his Heart Plug, and he introduces him to a framework inside of which a cat and a rat have been taped together with all manner of tubes and wotnot connecting their various organs to each other, and Fetd asserts that the contraption produces an antidote to a particular persistent poison that they've given Thufir, and that each day, he has to "milk" them to get a dose, and if he stops, he will die.

    That scene.

    Aloha,
    Michael.

  16. That's not the bad version of Dune, is it? I watched the bad version. The extended piece of crap that does no justice to the book. I don't recall that scene.

  17. Mr. Tibbs has deceived my entire family with his cuteness. Only I know the truth about him. I can see through is cuteness.

  18. oh, he was extra cute this morning. he's like a teddy bear. he climbs right into bed next to me at the perfect spot for me to cuddle him like a teddy bear.

  19. It's got to be a guy thing: Smudge has my whole family fooled into thinking she's adorable and cute, but I know she's a plastic-chewing, food puking hairy wad or pure evil that meows too much...
